MENNONITE WORLD CONFERENCE

Save the date for the summer event hosted by the Mennonite World Conference on Monday, 22 July 2024.  Between 5 PM and 7 PM At Wanner Mennonite Church Cambridge, ON.  It will be an evening of fellowship, sharing food and testimonies.  In addition to enjoying a meal together, attendees will have the opportunity to mingle with Cesar Garcia, MWC General Secretary, and other members of MWC’s local family.  *To get on the guest list please email kitchener@mwc-cmm.org or call 1 (519) 571-0060.   *Limited availability

Tuesday July 9 at 7 p.m. “Voices Together Hymn Sing” led by Mark Diller Harder.  Hymn books provided or bring your own to enjoy familiar and new favourites and requests.

Thursday, August 1 at 7 pm.   “The Hootenanny”  Join us for perhaps our last program this summer led by a half dozen folks who have at least a dim recall of the joy and hope of the Great Folk Scare of the 60s. Sing, listen, laugh and see the power of music to create community.

The Master of Theological Studies (MTS) program at Conrad Grebel University College and the University of Waterloo is for students who are looking to grow in wisdom and faith, explore contemporary issues, and learn from the diverse perspectives of their peers. Leading the Church Through Conflict” is not a workshop just for clergy and ministers (leaders), but for anyone who wants to support their congregation’s growth and community health.
