At Waterloo North, the pastor(s) nurture(s) the formation and implementation of the congregational vision and attend(s) to the spiritual vitality of the congregation through worship, visioning and shepherding the whole congregational structure. He/She/They will collaborate with other congregational leadership and support the congregation to envision its mission in the community of Waterloo North.
This position manages the day-to-day operations of Waterloo North, in support of the Minister(s), other staff and Church Ministry Council. A thorough, sound and deep understanding of the business/operations of the church is essential to free up the ministries of the church to function at their best.
The second and fourth Wednesday of every month from 10-11:30 am. This is a time of fellowship and input from a guest speaker for all seniors.
Each Monday morning during the school year from 9:45 – 11:15am. Preschoolers and their caregivers enjoy unstructured play time, singing and various play centres.

Waterloo North Mennonite Church acknowledges that we are worshipping on the ancestral and treaty territory of the Original Peoples of the Neutral Nation, the Haudenosaunee of the Grand River and the Anishnaabeg People of the Mississaugas of the Credit. We recognize today that we have benefitted from the colonial violence that has sought to erase Indigenous histories, the breaking of treaties and the theft of land and funds.
We pledge to work for justice and reconciliation and to uphold our responsibilities within the Haldimand Proclamation of 1784 and the Between the Lakes Treaty of 1792.
