Please join us for Waterloo North’s 40th anniversary celebrations! There are a variety of events and a special celebration service planned for the weekend of October 25th. These include:
- Youth reunion: Saturday, October 24, 6:00 – 8:00pm at Abe Erb, 151 Charles St. in Kitchener. Open to anyone who was part of Youth (including Youth leaders) at WNMC – Sign Up here!
- Celebration service: Sunday October 25 at 10 am. Marcus Shantz will bring the message, and an intergenerational choir will provide special music.
- Please bring a small stone (1 inch diameter maximum) to be included in a specially-made communion table that is being commissioned.
- Potluck after the Oct 25th celebration service: Bring your own dishes, cups and cutlery along with hot dishes, salads, and desserts to share to our new kitchen. (If you forget, don’t worry – please stay to eat!)
- Memories: Our church historian has created a slideshow and has curated a variety of memorabilia to bring back memories.
We heartily welcome old timers and newcomers to this milestone celebration as we share memories and look to the future!
